Hair grows in cycles. The anagen phase is the active growth phase — a healthy follicle remains in this phase for 2 to 6 years. The telogen phase is the resting phase, after which the hair falls out and the cycle begins again.

1. Distribute a sufficient amount of serum daily over the scalp — focus on areas with thinning hair or increased hair loss.
2. Massage in with fingertips in circular motions for better absorption and circulation.
3. Do not rinse — let the serum absorb.
4. Preferably use in the evening on a clean, dry scalp.
